Through Commonwealth Holdings, Billy has developed experience in mergers and acquisitions, private investments, business development and strategic growth, focusing particularly on identifying opportunities, executing transactions and creating long-term value.

Billy brings a commercially driven and entrepreneurial perspective to the board, with particular experience in business growth, strategy, partnerships, sales, operational performance and value creation. As a Non-Executive Director, his focus is on providing independent challenge, strategic guidance and practical commercial insight to support management and long-term shareholder value.
