Kirsty Page, Operations Director, Page Care Group

Kirsty is Operations Director at Page Care Group, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all the services and ensuring the highest standards of care delivery across the group’s care businesses. Her role includes conducting regular audits, refining policies, and driving continuous service improvement to maintain excellence throughout the group.

Kirsty began her career in care at the age of 17 and went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Social Work, qualifying as a Social Worker in 2010. She brings extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and cognitive impairments, sensory needs, and complex health requirements.

Before joining the group, Kirsty spent nine years in frontline social work, progressing to a Safeguarding Officer role with North Yorkshire County Council. Her deep understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance ensures that services across the group are delivered safely, ethically, and responsively.
